Questions

How does billing work?
You top up prepaid credit. While a pod is running we charge its vCPU and memory rate every minute, to the second. Pulling an image is free; billing starts when your container starts.
Is there a minimum?
To start a pod your balance must cover at least ten minutes of it. There are no monthly fees.
What happens when my balance runs out?
We warn you on every command when you're under ten minutes of runway. At $0 your pods keep running for five minutes of grace, then stop.
What about disk and volumes?
Pod disks and network volumes aren't billed during the beta.
How do I add credit?
During the beta, email gc@theitdept.au and we'll top you up. Card top-ups are coming.
Which currency?
All prices are in US dollars, excluding any taxes that apply.
